When Maintenance Partners were looking to set up a new workshop in the southern part of Abu Dhabi, they turned to BAR. The end result is another fine rendition of the trademark Maintenance Partners style, with insulated concrete panels making it instantly recognisable. With the help of local architect and engineering offices Arab Consultants and Six Construct (BESIX), the entire building and workshop are air-conditioned, while the inner office atrium is illuminated by indirect light.
